Shipping: All orders are processed by S+P Bike Shop the day they are received. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a UPS tracking number via E-mail. Standard UPS Ground service can take 1-7 business days depending on your location across the country (business days exclude both Saturday and Sunday, as well as any national holidays). UPS 3 Day air, 2nd Day air and overnight services are available for quicker shipping times. If you would like to use one of these other shipping options, contact the shop prior to processing your order for a shipping estimate. Call the shop if you have any shipping questions.

International Shipping: S+P Bike Shop does ship internationally. Customers outside of the lower 48 US states pay actual shipping costs. For an international shipping estimate, please call the shop prior to placing your order.

Returns: S+P Bike Shop allows returns of unused products for up to 30 days from date of purchase. The returned item value is good for S+P Bike Shop store credit only. Clothing must still have original tags and be unworn in order to be eligible for return. Hard-parts and accessories must be unused and in their original sealed package to be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for all shopping costs of returned products. Call the shop if you have any questions about our return policy.
